If you would like your pieces sooner, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order about expedited options or select expedited shipping services. All domestic shipments include tracking information, as well as delivery confirmation. If you select USPS First Class Service to your orders, please be advised that the USPS could have delays on updating the information on their tracking system.
We are not responsible for updating or giving information about delays on updating information or deliveries.
The processes and delivery times of the mail company are not under our control.
We will not be responsible for delivery delays by the mail company.
Please take into consideration the peak season, holidays, etc., when you select the type of shipping service for your order.
International Shipping:

Please kindly be aware of any customs restrictions particular to your country. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred on the package's journey will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All packages will be shipped marked as Merchandise, made in the U.S.A., and at full value.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has left the U.S., no further tracking information will be posted via the customs number. I cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take an indecipherable amount of time to be cleared by customs. I cannot take action on "missing" items until at least 45 days have passed.
Please select the proper shipping service if you require a faster shipping method, Registered Mail with international tracking information, or if you would like for me to include insurance; I will be happy to check into available options, specific to you.
Insurance
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me prior to making a purchase, so that I may adjust the invoice.
Turnaround
Please be mindful of my allotted time frames given for Made-to-Order items, as specified in unique listings. The turnaround times in my listings take into consideration other open orders. We do not consider weekends or national holidays as "studio days," please allow us this leeway when considering the turnaround on your order.
The "Ready to Ship by" date is visible on each listing, and at check-out. We ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment on ready-to-ship items. Confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as the pieces have taken flight.
